Fabric is impossible to judge on a screen. Choose the Sunbrella cushion fabrics you are considering and we will mail the physical swatches, so you can see them in daylight next to your Grade A teak, stone and paint samples. No charge, no obligation.

How it works

Add your name, email and the address the swatches should go to in the form at the bottom.
We mail them from our design office in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and only follow up if you ask us to.

The cushions

Fabric is only half of a cushion. Ours are built in South Carolina, to a spec we set ourselves, because the cushion is the part of an outdoor sofa that fails first.

Made in South Carolina. Cut and sewn in our own upholstery program, not sourced as a finished import. Custom sizes, depths and fill densities are possible on trade and hospitality projects.
Quick-dry foam core. Open-cell reticulated foam that lets water pass straight through instead of holding it. A cushion left out in a Lowcountry thunderstorm drains and dries rather than souring: no mildew smell, no waterlogged seat.
GORE TENARA® sewing thread. A PTFE thread that does not rot, chalk or lose strength in UV. Standard polyester thread is usually the first seam to go on an outdoor cushion, years before the fabric does.
Sunbrella® solution-dyed acrylic. Color is locked into the fiber, not printed on it, so it holds through sun, salt air and bleach cleaning.
Lifetime cushion craftsmanship warranty. If our workmanship or stitching fails, we make it right for as long as you own the piece.

Every cushion is upholstered to order in the fabric you choose. Order swatches below, live with them on site for a few days, then specify.

All fabrics listed are Sunbrella solution-dyed acrylic specified for full-sun coastal use. Swatches are representative samples, production dye lots can vary slightly.
