Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 1/1/26

At Prado Outdoor, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Standard Returns (Residential Orders)

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be retained

  • Return authorization must be approved in advance

Returns are subject to:

  • A 15% restocking fee

  • Return shipping costs (unless item is defective or damaged)

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection.


White Glove & Freight Deliveries

For items delivered via freight or white-glove service:

  • Any visible damage must be noted at time of delivery

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt

  • Prado Outdoor will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion

Failure to report freight damage within 48 hours may void claim eligibility.


Final Sale Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • COM (Customer’s Own Material) upholstery

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Commercial or hospitality bulk orders (unless otherwise agreed in writing)


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a production or processing fee

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun


Warranty

Prado Outdoor offers a limited manufacturer warranty covering:

  • Structural teak frame integrity

  • Manufacturing defects in materials

  • Hardware failures under normal residential use

Normal wear, natural teak weathering, improper maintenance, and commercial misuse are not covered.
