Shipping Overview

Most Prado Outdoor products ship via:

  • Standard Freight Carrier

  • White-Glove Delivery Service (where applicable)

  • Parcel Carrier (for smaller items)

Shipping method is determined based on item size, weight, and destination.


Processing Times

  • In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days

  • Made-to-order or custom pieces may require extended production timelines

  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships

Estimated lead times provided at checkout are approximate and may vary based on demand, freight scheduling, or production cycles.


Freight & White-Glove Delivery

Large furniture items are delivered via freight or white-glove service.

White-Glove Delivery may include:

  • Delivery to your designated area

  • Assembly (if applicable)

  • Removal of packaging materials

Delivery scheduling will be coordinated directly with the carrier.


Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring access for delivery trucks

  • Confirming delivery site readiness

  • Providing accurate contact information

  • Notifying Prado Outdoor of any access restrictions

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Redelivery

  • Storage

  • Limited access or remote locations


Inspection at Delivery

Upon receipt, please inspect your shipment carefully.

If damage is visible:

Failure to report freight damage within 48 hours may limit claim eligibility.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size

  • Weight

  • Destination

  • Delivery method

Certain promotions may include complimentary shipping.


International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer
