Prado Outdoor is committed to providing high-quality outdoor furniture for both residential and hospitality (commercial) use. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the specified periods below, effective from the date of purchase (original invoice required). While we stand behind our products, normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered. The warranty is offered to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty coverage differs for residential vs. commercial use as noted:

  • Frames (Aluminum, Steel, Teak): Residential – 3 YearsCommercial – 2 Years. Covers structural integrity of furniture frames in normal use. Components like foot glides or hardware are not considered part of the frame and may wear with use. This warranty excludes finish changes due to weather or use.
  • Outdoor Fabrics (Cushion Covers & Upholstery): Residential – 5 YearsCommercial – 3 Years. Covers fading or disintegration of solution-dyed acrylic fabrics under normal exposure. Stains, mildew, or damage from improper cleaning are not manufacturing defects.
  • Woven Rope & Sling Materials (e.g. Batyline® mesh): Residential – 5 YearsCommercial – 3 Years. Covers breakage or significant deterioration of Batyline slings, vinyl straps, and woven polymer rope materials.
  • Cushion Construction (Seams & Zippers): Residential – 2 YearsCommercial – 1 Year. Covers manufacturing defects in cushion sewing, such as seam slippage or zipper failure. Routine softening or compression of cushions is normal wear and not a defect.
  • Outdoor Cushion Foam Inserts: 1 Year (Residential or Commercial). Covers loss of resiliency beyond normal softening of high-density outdoor foam. To maximize lifespan, avoid waterlogging cushions and allow them to dry out if they get wet.

Designer Notes

The Solana Adirondack reimagines an American classic through a luxury, architectural lens. Designed with a lower, more relaxed pitch and subtly refined proportions, Solana offers the effortless comfort of a traditional Adirondack while elevating it with clean lines and elevated craftsmanship.

Crafted from premium A-Grade teak, the chair’s sculpted back slats are gently contoured for ergonomic support, allowing the body to settle naturally into a relaxed position. The wider armrests are intentionally proportioned to serve as functional surfaces for cocktails, wine glasses, or morning coffee blending form and function seamlessly.

The Rhodes Collection is delivered in its natural, honey-gold state. Because we use only Grade-A teak a rich in natural protective oils the wood will gradually weather to a distinguished, silvery-grey patina when exposed to sunlight and air. This transformation is purely cosmetic and does not affect the timber's strength or durability. It is the signature characteristic of genuine, high-quality teak.

We generally recommend against sealing. Oiling the wood can trap moisture and encourage mildew, disrupting the timber's natural breathing process. The teak’s inherent oil content provides all the protection it needs against rot and decay. For regular maintenance, a simple wash with mild soap, water, and a soft-bristle brush is sufficient to keep the surface clean.

Absolutely. The Rhodes Collection is specifically designed for coastal resilience. Grade-A teak is naturally impervious to salt corrosion, and we utilize marine-grade hardware for all joinery. The weight of the solid teak construction also ensures the furniture remains grounded and stable, even in blustery seaside conditions.
