Furniture for the places that are hardest on furniture. Beach clubs, pool decks, resort beachfronts and cruise environments combine salt air, constant UV and guest traffic that would retire a residential piece in a season.

What changes in this environment

  • 316 stainless hardware as standard. The marine grade, with molybdenum for chloride resistance. Standard stainless pits and streaks in salt air, and a beautiful frame on the wrong bolts is a five-year piece of furniture.
  • Grade A teak heartwood. High natural oil content and a tight grain, so it weathers to silver instead of failing. No film finish to crack, lift or strip.
  • Quick-dry foam and Sunbrella. Open-cell reticulated foam passes water straight through, so a cushion drains and dries rather than souring. Cushions are cut and sewn in South Carolina with GORE TENARA thread, which does not degrade in UV the way polyester does.
  • Performance sling where cushions do not belong. Serge Ferrari mesh for wet-deck and high-turnover positions.
