Related Group Multi-Family

Amenity decks in a multi-family building are commercial environments that happen to look residential. A rooftop lounge or pool deck at a Related Group development is used by hundreds of residents and their guests, every day, in South Florida conditions.

That use profile sets the specification. Pieces have to take being dragged rather than lifted, cleaned on a staff schedule with the same product week after week, and left out through heat, humidity, salt and hurricane season. Grade A teak heartwood and 316 stainless hardware suit that because there is no finish to lift or refinish and no plated fastener to weep rust onto a deck surface. Sunbrella solution-dyed acrylic matters for a different reason: when a property replaces twenty cushions in year three, they still need to match the two hundred already installed.

Prado works these projects on contract terms, with per-piece specification sheets, finish and fabric approvals ahead of production, phased freight tied to turnover dates, and continuity of collections so replacements stay available long after handover.
