Lead times, freight and delivery.

Prado Outdoor builds directly with its own manufacturing partners. That removes the layers between you and the factory, and it means we can be straightforward about timing.

Lead Times

Most orders ship in 8 to 12 weeks. Select pieces are held in inventory and ship sooner.

Timing varies by piece, by finish and by season, so we do not publish a fixed date per product. The written quote or order confirmation we send you is always the authority, and we tell you promptly if anything moves.

Freight

Freight is quoted per order rather than estimated at checkout, because outdoor furniture is priced by volume and destination. Your quote shows freight as its own line so you can see exactly what it costs.

Most residential orders arrive by truck. The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window. Larger and project orders can be consolidated, staged or delivered in phases to match a construction schedule.

Receiving Your Order

• Inspect cartons before the driver leaves.
• Note any damage on the delivery paperwork, and photograph it.
• Contact us the same day and we will resolve it directly.

Damage in transit is uncommon and it is our problem to solve, not yours, provided it is noted at delivery.

Project & Hospitality Delivery

For hospitality, multi-family and larger residential projects we coordinate directly with your designer, general contractor or receiving warehouse: consolidated shipments, phased releases to match install dates, and continued support for replacements and later phases after the property opens.

International

We have shipped to international project sites. Send us the destination and we will quote it directly.
